A WhatsApp Flow is a native multi-screen interactive form built into WhatsApp by Meta. It appears as a regular WhatsApp message with an "Open" button — when the customer taps it, a structured UI opens inside WhatsApp itself. They fill out questions, select options, and submit — all without ever opening a browser or switching apps. Unlike a chatbot that waits for free-text replies, a Flow presents a clean, designed UI that's much easier to complete.
No — customers just need WhatsApp version 23.5.7 or later on their phone, which covers the vast majority of active users in India. They receive the flow as a normal WhatsApp message. WhatsApp Flows require a WhatsApp Business API number (which Hublle provides and manages) — they cannot be sent from a personal WhatsApp account.
