Yes. COD orders can run the full verification flow — order confirmation buttons, address check, COD→prepaid conversion offer, and cancellation with reason capture. Prepaid orders skip those steps and go straight to processing confirmation, shipping updates, delivery confirmation, feedback, review request, and winback.
Yes. During the COD address confirmation step, customers can tap "View / Edit Address" to view and correct their delivery address. The updated address syncs back to the Shopify order automatically. This eliminates the most common cause of NDR — a wrong or incomplete delivery address.
When a delivery failure is detected, Hublle instantly sends a WhatsApp message with the courier's remark (e.g. "Customer not available") and three self-serve actions: Reattempt Delivery, Edit Address, or Cancel Order. Customers can take action in under 60 seconds — reducing support tickets, repeat NDRs, and RTO rates significantly.
After the address is confirmed, Hublle sends a WhatsApp message with a payment link from your connected gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU) including a configurable discount — typically 5–10%. If the customer pays within the validity window, the Shopify order is automatically updated from COD to prepaid. If they don't pay, a follow-up message is sent once after the configured interval.
