When a customer completes checkout on WhatsApp (either via payment link or COD confirmation), Hublle automatically creates a full order in Shopify — populated with the customer's name, address, phone, products, variants, quantities, and payment method. Your fulfilment team sees the order in Shopify as if it was placed on your website. No manual entry required.
Yes — this is a core feature of Hublle Commerce. All variants defined in Shopify (size, colour, pack size, etc.) are shown as interactive buttons inside the product card in WhatsApp. The customer taps to select their preferred combination before adding to cart. Stock availability per variant is checked in real time against Shopify before the option is shown.
Hublle generates a secure payment link via your connected gateway — Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe. This link supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Customers also have the option to choose Cash on Delivery (COD), which triggers the COD verification flow automatically. No card details are ever shared inside the WhatsApp chat.
Yes. Orders created from WhatsApp appear in Shopify exactly like website orders and are compatible with all Shopify-connected logistics tools — Shiprocket, Delhivery, WareIQ, Ezyslips, and any other fulfilment app. Once an order ships, the tracking details sync back to Hublle and are sent automatically to the customer via WhatsApp.
