Hublle CRM is a WhatsApp-native customer database built specifically for D2C brands — it's not a full enterprise CRM and doesn't try to be. It's purpose-built for understanding your customers in the context of WhatsApp conversations and Shopify orders. It works alongside tools like HubSpot — Hublle can push enriched contact data to HubSpot via webhook, so you get the best of both.
No manual import needed. When you connect your Shopify store, Hublle automatically pulls all your existing customers and their order history within hours. From that point, every new Shopify order, customer registration, or cart event automatically creates or updates the contact record. You can also import contacts manually via CSV if you have additional lists from other sources.
Yes — this is a core part of the workflow. When an agent is in a conversation in the Team Inbox, the customer's profile sidebar shows all their history, and there are one-click actions to add tags, leave notes, update custom fields, or enrol the customer in a segment or drip sequence — all without leaving the conversation view.
There's no limit on the number of tags per contact. For custom properties (structured fields like skin type, size preference, birthday), Starter plans include 10 custom properties, Growth plans include 50, and Enterprise plans have unlimited. Tags are always unlimited across all plans.
